Bloom
I admire the beauty of the flowers, but I also admire their bloom despite the negatives around them.
A flower can be found in the most unlikely places: rocks, sand, and dirty waters. And it grows to live a long life even though no one cares for it. A flower does not think of competing with a flower next to it. And it blossoms. A flower gives out beauty, has faith, focuses on the good, and always knows that the sun emerges from the clouds. A flower always follows the sunlight. Why not do the same? Follow the sun, shine, and do what makes you happy. A flower smiles brightly and stands tall. Sounds great, right? Spread your colours into the world and be proud of what you achieve.
Flowers inspire me to stay grounded, to keep myself connected, and often water my roots. Every painting from this series is a symbol of something I learned from flowers. I dedicate this entire series to Mother Nature, who is the best artist of all time.
